I’ve used both of these, and honestly, this one is harder to choose than I expected! The Neutrogena Hydro Boost is the more obvious pick for dry skin because it’s made specifically for normal-to-dry skin and has hyaluronic acid to help boost hydration. But personally, I keep reaching for the La Roc

Le roche posay worked better for my skin. I had to switc from Neutrogena because I didn't feel like it was helping my skin. It also made my eyes sting even though it didn't really ever get into them.

They both have lines that are for dry skin. Neither of those are dry skin people
